pulling rear end...
Saw a thread about a week ago on here about someone pulling thier rear end & it had a great detailed explanation with pics. If anyone knows what I'm looking for...please help. Fed up on waiting for the rear end shop to get their schedule straight....so I'm going to pull it myself but need that info with the pics before I start.

I helped a buddy of mine (Robertpel9 on the forum) pull the rear out of his 91 vert and put another one in a few weeks ago. Anyway, we used this link as a guideline......

It is in the Tech section under Dana 36 to Dana 44. It is very detailed and extremely helpful. The job is not that bad. Takes some time and patience.

The actual write-up that I'm looking for is very similar to this one, but I can't see the pictures to make sure. I winder why they are no coming through.

I saw a write-up on here about 2 weeks ago...great pics & good detail with the removal. I know I saw it on here & just can't find it!!! :banghead:

Do you have a Helms Service Manual for your year Vette? If not, get one, it will answer all your questions and give you a good checklist. :thumbs:
