Default 94 FX3 sway bar question

I measured my front and rear sway bars on my 94 FX3 equipped Corvette (coupe), and found they are 24mm front and rear. Everything I have read says they should be 26mm front, 24mm rear. I bought the car in 97, with 3x,xxx miles on it. It didn't seem to have a single performance upgrade, so I don't think the previous owner would have changed the front sway bar to a smaller one. It also appears to have had no previous body work (I have been over, under, and through the car over the last 6 years). Could this be a factory screw up? Have I been missing out on the handling I should have had for the past 6 years? If you have a FX3 equipped coupe (preferably 94), please do me a favor and go measure your front sway bar diameter. I am curious to know what the rest of them measure. Thank you.

I have a '90 fx3 and one of my sway bars (i think the back) was smaller then what is reported on the C4 suspension chart floating around the internet.

It's probably not a factory screw-up, just incomplete information given to the author of the chart.

Don't believe everything you read on the internet. j/k :jester
