Transmission output speed changed more than 1000 RPM for 2 seconds when vehicle was in gear, or transmission output speed changed more than 2048 RPM when vehicle was in park or neutral.

it says 72 is "2nd or 3rd gear switch was open for 1.5 seconds when vehicle speed was above 30 MPH with engine speed greater than 5000 RPM and a throttle angle above 70%."
