Speaker removal
Sounds like the passenger front speaker is going. Is there a trick to remove the grill? Or, do I have to pull the engine to get to the board!? Any tips would be helpful. 91 vert. Thanx. :banghead: :D

Should be similar to my 91 coupe. Remove the screws and plastic trim piece at the rear of the door opening. Remove the screws in the carpet piece along the bottom of the opening. The entire trim piece from next to the seat back to the foot well comes out as one piece. This includes the speaker cover. I don't have the car here to check accuracy, but it should be close.

If the speaker is in the floor kick panel area that sounds right. 2 trim screws hold the carpet section on and the grill comes out with it
