Need Bose amp help
Just pulled the front passenger side speaker from the door and planned to do the capacitor replacement I've read so much about. My car is an 86 and the amp doesn't look like any of the pictures or instructions I've have seen in the forum. Were all the speaker amps in the 86 unique from the early and later versions or were just the fronts different? I replaced the 1 large capacitor that was there (1000uf 16v) still not working. What should I look to do next?
Lastly - does anyone have Dr. Don's phone number or E Mail ? If this gets beyond my understanding I would like to send all 4 amps off for repair and refurbishing.
