machine shop cost?
I am turning my 350 into 383 stroker and I just got an estimate from my machine shop for $704.00 for:
bore and hone 8 cyl,
check clearances on crank,
index block,
R&R cam bearings,
tank block,
torque plate.
This seems a little high compared to what I have read. am I getting overcharged?
Any opion welcome thank you.
