took her to the track sunday. my verry first time out I pulled a 14.16
times got worse as she heated up. soo i let her cool for a while and adjusted my tires from 40psi to 15 for the track. That managed to get me a best time of 14.11 @ 97.59. my best 60 ft. of the afternoon was a 1.99 on street tires. most of them where around 2.1 or so. Is this a good time for a basically stock car besides the trans. Are my 60 foot times good.
Is there anything that I can do to get more traction off the line? it seems to be slipping for a while and in the 1-2 shift.
overall I am verry satisfied with these numbers.... for now :reddevil

Drag racing is a very addicting sport.. Plus there is no cure for it. Many good men are single cause of that sport. :) Just a word from a addict.
:iagree: I thought how dumb at first, now i cant wait till the next time. The more you win or come close to winning the more you want to get out there. Be careful, its hard to get away from it once you start.
