NEED HELP WITH CODES!!!!!!

I have a 95 LT1 automatic. I need help with some codes, I pulled a 1. C12 and a 4. H44. I know one of these codes has to be the 02 sensor not sure which one, I think H44. Also is ther more then one 02 sensor, and how do you determine which one is bad?

C12 is a check value (not really a code). H44 is a history code for a lean condition.
