If you run into any problems with the instuctions let me know. I just put one in my '90 and the instructions were a bastardized version of there '85 install.
Congrats on your install, how did it turn out? How much boost ,has it been tuned yet?Sorry for all of the questions I also have a 90,and I have D1 that I have that will be installed once I get the proper break in miles on it if it can see its way to stay out of the shop long enought for me to put the miles on it.
Sorry I haven't gotten around to doing this. Been busy,
but if there's anything in perticular you're interested in knowing, click on the link in my sig. I explain every step in more detail than the manual specifies.
Just like I'm interested, most want to see ati's "step by step" to get through the mental "what if's". Your install is very detailed but I'm in the same boat, the what tools? what parts? etc etc......if you do get time that would be cool if not you could mail them and I'd translate them for you and others......no charge...... :D
Well, to be honest that's all the instructions are good for, A GENERAL understanding  Trust me when I say the installation manual SUCKS! That's why I made my own thread. You'll learn more from my pictures and steps than you will from the manual. (except the part about the PVC setup that I forgot to add, but that's pretty common sense anyway and only takes 10 minutes.)
1.) Just general tools are needed, no specialty tools besides a pipe cutter which ATI doesn't even tell you you need ;)
2.) Remove the Platinum plugs with copper colder plugs.
That's it, everything else has been specified in my thread.
