I see in Eckler's, Mid-America, etc... that there is a difference between the front spoilers between Z51 and Z52 equipped cars. I gather one is taller than the other. Which is the taller set, the Z51 or the Z52 set? And which set do you use for cars that are equipped with only the base suspension?
I bought the spoiler from Mid America, that has the ducts for brake cooling, comes with the hoses to connect the cooling ducts. Haven't intalled it yet. But seems like it should work just fine. $129.95.
Cooling ducts to the brakes.

I'm still looking for an answer...
Is the Z51 or the Z52 cars suppossed to have the "taller" front spoilers. And which spoilers go on the base suspension cars?
why not just call and ask them... i'm not sure i ordered mine this summer gfor a 91-96 and they didn't even ask me about the suspension....now ya got me curious... please post back if ya get it figured out
The Z51 and Z52 spoilers are wider (by 1 inch I believe) then the base spoilers. I bought the 3 front (base) spoilers from my local Chevy dealership.
The Z51 and Z52 suspensions must sit higher than the base suspensions thus requiring a wider front spoiler.
Now I need some advice regarding these parts. I bought mine from Ebay, when they arrived I found that they were brand new as described but what wasn't described was the fact that they had quite a bit of paint overspray on them. :cry
I tried using paint thinner to remove the paint, but this appears it to be a very slow process.
Does anyone know of a fast and effective way to remove overspray from the front spoilers without damaging or fading the plastic?
