Grinding noise in OD
I have a 94 Automatic. Recently, I heard a grinding noise that seemed to be coming from the right of the car at speeds of over 30mph in Over Drive. I shifted to Drive and the sound went away. I checked the trasnmission fluid and it smells bad. Could the OD be going and stil be okay to run in Drive?? I had the trasnmission rebuilt in Feb of this year. :( Any ideas ?

Doesn't sound to good, and your oil smell bad? hmmm :rolleyes:
have it checked, but I would "guess" a gear is going in your tranny
I'm no expert, but when noise only occurs when your a certain gear thats normaly the problem.
