MAF SENSOR HELP!

85Z51 Have MAF sensor off car trying to remove it to clean it extremely dirty. Have removed phillips screws and half of it wants to come out the other half seems stuck, am I missing something? :confused: :confused: :flag

They are not meant to be disassembled. You could damage it.

There is a hidden screw holding it together. They are not supposed to be taken apart for cleaning.
