shifter movement?
i just noticed this week that if i keep my car in a low gear then stab the gas, the shifter moves alot. like maybe a half inch to an inch of play straight up. has it always done this? are my bushings gone? does it need fixing? do your guy's cars do this? thanks for the help.

If you are talking about a manual 6 speed you have to retorque the front bolts in the c-beam, those are 2 bolts that attach the c-beam to the rear of the ZF, they tend to come loose. It is a common problem with an easy fix.
