Default Repair on solid top

I just bought a solid top on ebay that needs a little repair. It looks like it was dropped (maybe) and is cracked some at the trim bead. Probably about a 7 or 8 inch place. Nothing is missing, you can just wiggle the trim at the front middle just a little and there is a little chipping there. I was thinking of using some slow curing epoxy and a syringe of some type to get the stuff down in the crack. It isn't real bad, but it needs some help. I got the top cheap enough to take a chance on being able to repair.

you will need special epoxy... the top is made of the same stuff as the car, SMC, Sheet Molded Compound. it has a built in release agent, and regular epoxy will just fall off.

also, the trim is removable. if its mearly loose, I would try and pinch it tight.

I don't think the trim is just loose. It is definitely cracked at the edge. If there is a special epoxy needed, what is it? Someone has to have had something similar.
