Battery Replacement
Need to replace dead battery in my '94. When I do the disconnect, will I run into any problems with all the computer gizmos going hay wire? Will any brand comparable with the original equipment do?

You will loose your radio presets and clock but that is about it.
I would recomend an Optima red top battery $109 at pepboys, but will worth it. :chevy

one thing i dont like is the radio settings delete and your clock starts over,the worst part is just getting the panel off, as far as your computer goes it will be fine and IMHO batteries are batteries, if you maintain it.. you will get long life.. if your looking for a "performance" part i think optima makes those coiled celled batteries that weigh less and give out a higher CCR which are kinda cool :cheers:
