Default Ground question

Where does the rear window defroster circuit end up grounding? I'm pretty sure the wires on one of the struts (drivers?) is ground, but where does it end up grounding itself at? I've followed it into the panel behind the seat belt but that's as far as I could go without doing more harm than good.

The left hand strut is ground. This wire is grounded at the center of the LH center lock pillar. The picture shown in the electrical service manual shows three wires at that ground and two wires come out of the harness from the ABS compartment.

Thanks!

I've got the main Helms manual but not the electrical one. When I find one for sale that's not the whole set, I'll be in good shape.
