Sounds like the gear inside the motor is bad but I'm no expert on those (yet)
I think you can take it apart and replace the nylon stock gear with a bronze one. That may be causing the problem.

:cheers: It may well be the gear, but often it is three Delrin bushings that support the gears
The bushings are cheap, MAD or Ecklers, I would start there.
