Default Did I forget something?

I have a super rammed 383 with a LPE 58 mm tb and 30 # injectors.

I also run a 150 hp TNT wet shot with a plate system.

The original plate system TNT had sent me didn't have hood clearance and the plate had only 52 mm bores.

I had a plate fabbed up with 58 mm bores but, I think I forgot to make the small 3rd air hole (the IAC one).

Could this be the reason the car wouldn't idle perfectly? It actually does idle ok now, with some tinkering I have done, but if the small 3rd air hole is not in the plate (essentially plugged), will this cause problems, and if I had it drilled out, would this make my car idle better?

Trying to remember, the AFPR was set at 41 psi vac off and plugged and 34 psi vac on.

Doing a DataMaster scan, at idle the recordings were..

RPM 850-950 (usually at 900)
AFGS gm/sec 11.0-10.8
L Term-C counts 135 (Does this mean I'm lean and should add fuel?)
S Term-C counts 132
TPS V 0.61 (I set it to 0.61 idle/4.52 @ WOT)
IAC Pos 59-60
IAC Min 0
Spark Advance 23.0-24.0 range (hi 25.3 low 20.7)
Knock Retard 0
Knock Counts 7
IAT *F 130
Engine *F 192-188 (usually runs 180-190 town/175-180 highway with 180 T-stat)
Amp V 13.4-13.5 (battery was low. I charged it earlier that day for a little bit)

Length of scan 41.7 seconds.

I let the car get to operating temps before I data logged. This was done at idle in my driveway.

If holes in the TB are now blocked off, just drill out the plate to provide ofr them.

It looks like you are running a little lean; maybe that's contributing to the knock counts. What is the O2 sensor value during a WOT burst?

It was running way rich before (50 psi with 30 # injectors) I knocked it down to 41 psi and it seemed to like it better. Maybe I should bump it up to 43.

I didn't do any WOT scans, cuz it was just in my driveway and the clutch is going (with less than 30 000 kilometers...don't get me started! :mad ).

I did rev it in neutral once with no load on the engine, but didn't wanna go WOT.

Without a load and not WOT, the other scan is pretty much useless I guess.
I do have them hosted, and they are .uni (DataMaster files). There are 3 scans (idle, RPM @ 2500 RPM, and a quick rev that wasn't WOT). They can be found at

****EDIT****
Are the AFGS gm/sec or the IAC Pos readings indicative of a problem?
