Cold Air System
Will it fit my L98? Has anyone dones this with a L98, if so did you have to do any mods?
I am talking about the 3 filter system.... :confused:

the Claw looks good, sounds good, doesnt do much for performance over an open lid w/ K&N

I don't know if the claw is a true "cold air" intake seeing as it draws air from the same area as the OEM filter and lid. As far as I understand it is a bolt-on with no other mods needed.

If you're talking about the claw, it won't fit. SLP makes a different cold air set up for the L98. The claw is for LT1's, and it does not enter into the space in front of the radiator, but the cold air kit for the L98 requires cutting the shroud to get the "colder" air. I will be completing this mod soon. :seeya

The Claw wont fit the early L98, but those with the slanted radiator it does fit.
