Battery cut off switch
I want to install a battery cut off switch, the type with the **** that you loosen or take off. I see where they have one with what they say has the ability to keep your settings on the radio, ets. Has anybody used these? To me it would seem any connection that jumps the switch is defeating the purpose of the switch and will allow a battery drain. Comments?

yea, saw them in MAD, etc... though about it, but looking at the space available, decided against it... IF your talking about long term storage, yes they would defeat the purpose, there just for quick disconnect while working... :thumbs:
