with a thin flat head screwdriver, pry out the button, then get some snap ring pliers and remove the snap ring, then the **** slides right off.

1st time with mine, had to coax it a little,,, twist and pull up... but came off... :thumbs:

Do yourself a favor and if you don't already own one, pick up decent snap ring plyer set. It's worth the ten bucks to not have to try to use a screwdriver to get the snap ring off.
