I have been trying to find it... does it even have one? (LT4 ground strap?) next question, how hard is it to replace the upper injector o-rings (where it connects to fuel rail), all the o-rings come in one kit, i have them and there out might as well... is it tuff getting the injectors out?
There isn't a ground strap on the manifold itself. There is a ground strap at the rear of passenger side cylinder head. As for the injectors, they come out fairly easy. Just disconnect the fuel lines, remove the 4 10mm hex head bolts, using an air gun blow out any dirt and grit in the injector bung pockets, then rock the fuel rails back and forth and pull up.
There are some small C clips that engage the tops of the injectors that hold them in place on the rails, slide them away from the injectors, then twist and pull the injectors out of the rails. You can then use a small pick to remove the O rings. Once they are all replaced, lube them with a small amount of grease, vaseline works fine for this. Reverse the procedure and reinstall the rail assembly.

FWIW I just finished putting the heads back on my GS this past weekend. The only groundstrap was on the driver's side and it was bolted to the bellhousing.
On the injectors...when you remove them from the fuel rail, have something to soak up the residual fuel that's in there.
