Default Flat spots (tires)????

My vette sat for about 2 and a half months. Last night after I reset the timing I took it for a spin and it felt kind of weird the tires did, not the normal smooth ride felt kind of wobly? My neighbor said it could be the tires from sitting, he said after I get it out and drive it they should be fine is this the case??

Yes, they should go back to normal after you get them hot, make sure they are inflated to the proper pressure. Hopefully they didn't sit for 2 and 1/2 months underinflated! In the future if you are going to let them sit for that long, pump them up to the highest recommended pressure as stated on the tire sidewall during storage and let the air out to the correct pressure prior to driving. On mine it is 45 psi max pressure and I keep them that high during storage.

Rich: When I store the car for the winter I pump my tires up to 40psi and have no problems. You should be fine after you heat them up driving around for a while. Low profile tires seem to have this problem.
