what means carbed?
Hi
I try to build a cable for WinALDL (http://winaldl.webhop.net/) there is an instruction how to do that. but i don't understand what "carbed vehicles" means. if my 87 vette is a carbed vehicle i dont need to add a 1.5k R. Ok, for those they understand "carbed" - is a 87' one? (sorry for this stupid question, english is not my mother lang)

"carbed" means carburated. It is an old school form of fuel delivery.
The only place "carbs" are still used is on race cars... they have not appeared on a car sold in the US since 1988 or 1989.
Your car is Fuel Injected (FI).

Cyberblast, beautiful country you have! I might go there someday, I went to Germany a few years back as an exchange student for a month. It was a blast. Man, my German is pretty bad right now - that's what happens if you don't speak it! Good luck :cheers:

CARBed may also stand for California Air Regulation Bull-crap (I don't know exactly what it stands for), but it may have something to do with computer output.
Check your RPO codes for NN5, that is the California Emmisions.
I'm in England right now, I'm hoping to get over to the continent sometime this summer. How big of a party do you guys have on August 1st? In Arizona we have a huge party, this year I'd like to be in Switzerland for your Independence Day. :cool:
P.S. I'm flying a Swiss flag in my bedroom, right above the Porsche, it's small, but it's there.
