Ok, i need to settle this right now...I want to put a line lock/roll stop in my 88, for the track...Now half of the people i know (including the mfg) says that it will NOT work with ABS, which makes sense to me...But im seeing pics of c4s with them installed saying they work fine. Are they lying???? Or is it like a high rise aluminum spoiler that bolts to the trunk on a honda, and they are posers with more money then common sense????
Thanks!
Re: Roll stop-line lock with ABS (FostersPerformance)
I know a numbrer of very savvy drag racers who have line locks on their C4s which have ABS.
My understanding is that you simply plumb the line lock solenoid in series with front brake hydraulic line. I don't think there are any "tricks" to the installation due to the ABS.

I have a Hurst roll control on my car. I have had no problems with it. It just goes in the rear brake line(Front brakes) between the master cylinder and the abs unit. You will also need a double flairing tool, but it's not that hard to install. I mounted the solenoid off the left stud(towards driver side) on the master cylinder.
