Heat it up with a torch and push it out ?

Why are you STILL wasting your time on those....

The only reason I can see doing Shorties is for appearance... Those are dinged up and bent...

I remember when u got them, one of the flanged was bent, They are a nightmare.... Throw them away

They arent worth it from the power stand point ill tell ya that much... I would tell you to do LTs, but I know you have to worry about emissions.... If thats the case, put teh stockers back on and not leaking, because you wont pass emissions with leaking exhaust either...

take it to a weld shop, have them cut out that section and weld in a new piece(s). 23 yrs. in that business-shouldn't be a problem.Good luck. :seeya
