Default No Heat!

I have a 1996 LT4. I have gone through the steps in the manual to get some heat into the drivers compartment. No Luck.

When I select different options, you can hear vents opening and closing, but it just blows cold air even though I have the interior temp cranked right up. I tried removing the two interior light fuses and the two radio fuses like it mentions in the manual, but still no warm air.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

 Sounds like a problem discussed here often!

Strange as it may seem, the heater core can get blocked.

Carefully remove the heater hoses near the flywall, and with low pressure do a reverse flush.

This should do the trick!

I have a no heat condition on my '86 which goes away if I turn off the engine and restart it. There is a heater control valve in the engine compartment to the right of the firewall that moves in and out depending on the interior control setting. Mine sticks in the closed position but opens upon shutdown and stays open when the engine cools down. I don't know if you have a similar valve in your '96 but it's worth looking into.
