Power-off PCM/ECM re-learn question
When you cut power to the ECM/PCM and a re-learn is initiated next drive after power is restored, ar the fuel trim cells (BLM's) the only thing that gets re-learned?

That's the way it works with OBD-I but not sure about OBD-II.
In fact I don't believe OBD-II can even be reset by disconnecting power to the ECM as it uses flash memory to store data instead of volatile RAM.

Ah, in that case simply open the connector in the Or wire comming from the battery to the ECM for 1min. to reset the BLM cell values to nominal 128.
