Your red buckle seat belt light is probably the dreaded SIR sensor corrosion problem unique to 1990 models. Look in the archives for the procedure to correct that problem. I corrected mine and it's not that difficult. I've had the same problem as you re the ABS and had a dealer look at it. The dealer gave me an estimate of "up to" $2,300 to trouble shoot and repair the problem. I just tend to drive a bit more cautiously.

Great news! For some reason, the ABS light went off today. I actually shut the car off while going down the interstate and turned it back on to make sure the light still worked. Sure enough, it stayed off, WHHOOOO HOOOO! :party:

Didn't read all the post but I had the same issue. The ABS light came on and wouldn't go out. Turned out to be a blown fuse. Check all your fuses and contacts.
