I recieved my EM headers today, and I'm really impressed with their quality. Only one problem, my air tube fittings are not drilled through the header tubes. Is anyone elses predrilled, or are we suppose to drill as needed?
I talked to Merle about that last week, he said they don't drill'm incase someone was not going to reinstall the AIR system. I'm keeping mine so he said a 3/8 hole should do the trick. :seeya
I have the same issue - to keep the AIR and drill or ditch it. So, are there any advantages to eliminating the AIR system? Does anyone know what's involved beyond the obvious (blocking off the AIR pipe connector at the back of the intake)?

If you're going to run catalytic converters (i.e. Random Tech bullet cats, etc), you want to keep the AIR system.
