Torque Converter question.....
How can I find out what torque converter is in my car now? Also, if I change the torque converter, do I need to remove the tranny? What are the procedures? I have an 86. Thanks!

If you have the original, its a 2000rpm stall TC, its unnecessary to change it at the moment.

Also, to replace, you do have to remove the transmission.
