"Service ASR"
heres the dilly
the light comes on, and the asr doenst work. Fine, but sometimes i start the car, it works for a few minutes, and i test it to make sure it work, and the system works good, but then the light comes on, and its done again, any thoughts on this would be great...

I know this sounds crazy but it might be the TPS. Have you adjusted it? Messed with the throttle body latley?

My 94 did that 2 years ago..it was a sticking switch in the brake master cyl....tap it a few times with a hammer...don't smash it....and it should be OK then....also try bleeding your system and putting new fluid in...

thx for the replys, I havent done anything with the TPS/TB at all, other than clean the IAC. I just had new fluid put in the car, as I had to change the slave cyl, maybe it wasnt blead properly. I havent tapped it with a hammer either. Also, Im not sure how to get the codes, so if you have a link or directons, that would be great. thanks again.
