Re: recommend floor jack that fits under C4 ground effects (Bruthish)
I realize that I can gain a few inches of clearance by driving onto a plank but since I have to buy a jack anyway I figured might as well see if anyone has one that clears the car on it's own. Thanks for the tip though.

I've got the Craftsman Aluminum. Saddle/Puck height is 3.5 in. Weight is 40 lbs. Price was $161.00. Overall the construction is very solid. Heres a few pics:

Midgetfist, ToyC4
Thanks. Both jacks are very similar. I think they're probably made by the same manufacturer. Anyway, I'm ordering the craftsman since I have other craftsmen stuff in the garage. Thanks again. :)

LT4Driver,
I have the same problem.
Bought the light aluminum jack these guy's are showing and it will slide under but hits the bottom of the ground effects on the way up (even with a home made pad extension).
Only solution I've found is to use the stock scissor jack to get up a few inches before sliding the floor jack under.
Also this light weight jack goes up quick, but takes a lot of force on the handle to jack up.
I also build some long wooden 2x12 ramps, that I use most times.
