I sincerely hope not.
Now that I have made my smart assed remark....
I went and measured my 96. They are about 3 degrees off horizontal, wheel end is low.

I forgot to mention, mine is a Convert with stock springs with no suspension mods that would effect ride height. The car doesn't look like it has sagged in it's 8 years, but I haven't measured ride height.
