Hood storage you can drive under
Late last year as I was preparing to pull my engine I was challenged with question as to where I was going to store my hood...didn't want to drag it in the house and my wife wanted to be able to put her car in the garage during the winter...soooooooooo, I built this hood storage unit and now she drives under it every day...they say necessity is the mother of all invention!!
Just thought I would throw it up just in case any you guys have the same challenge....Cheers

For those asking...you're right, no need to pop the hood off to pull the engine but I took the opportunity to sandblast the front and re-shoot with Chasis Black...see attached

That garage is too clean.. you obviously don't do any work in there.
Cool gizmo though! I might have tried a system that straps it to the rafters... hell, i'd put a remote motorized system that could lift it on and off the car.. lol!
