I put an extension on the bit and tap it for a while. This usually does the trick. Snap-on makes the strongest and priciest socket bit . You wont likely break that one. :thumbs:

In addition you might try some Blaster and let it stand overnight.
I used the combo of Blaster and a copla sharp taps on the extension to loosen my EGR tube bolts and those rusty devils just came right loose.
