getting code 36
I get a code 36 after my car warms up. If I start it and let itsit there and idle it will die. It will run for about 10 min and when it get to temp it just shuts off. It wont restart again for about 15 min. I get a code 36 when it dies. This is a faulty high or low res pulse error. I just replaced the coil and still does it. Should I try the control module next to the coil, or do you think its the opti? Whould the sensors in the opti fail like that, run for awhile then quit?

It's your high resolution pulse. If it were the low pulse, the car would not start. Sounds like your opti is gone as you are having typical symptoms of a bad one along with code 36. Sometimes they just go out without throwing a code.
