What makes people think you can even gain 15HP with just a muffler change is beyond me. :crazy:
In the test the most they got was 12HP with a Power Effects 2 3/4 inch cat back. The PE mufflers/capsules are completely straight thru design. You open the flap and you can see all the way into the Y-pipe.

Then can we assume that muffler eliminators would give you the same result as the Power Effects with the flap open all the way?
Though I'm not sure how much HP increase if any the PE resonator gives you.
