Do Random Tech cats have a CARB #?
I'm living in Phoenix now, but am moving to CA in June... I'd like to get this mod done here at a shop I know rather than taking a blind stab when I get to CA, but I've heard the initial inspection in CA is a major P.I.T.A., so I'm not sure. If they don't even have a CARB#, I guess the answer is "no way." If they do, does anyone think I'll get hassled have having them when we move?

Re: Do Random Tech cats have a CARB #? (Perfusion)
I don't recall if mine had an EO number but it was a 49-state legal alternative to my stock can & pre-cats.
I think that if they are in the stock locations you won't have any issues.

I've had one on my '86 for a couple of years....California Air Resources Board E.O. Number D183-2... 50-state legal...Color Code Green 1. Hope this is of some help.
