I notice that the horn didn't chrip. One of the batteries in the fob was dead. Changed the battey in bad fob's. Reprogrammed both fob's. Now the good fob and the new battery fob causes the locks on the doors to cycle. Come with 6 feet of the doors and they will lock and unlock constantly. Step away from the antenna in the door the door locks and the horn chirps. I've taken one out and tried the other. Same story. Help
Ummm, that's the way they're designed to work. Step up within range (unlock). Step out of range, (lock, chirp). PITA when you are working around the Vette; I always park my transmitter out of range so it doesn't go through cycle after cycle.

Does the horn honk when the doors lock? If so, you're probably just experiencing the super-short range of PKE. The range is supposed to be several feet but I found mine to be pretty unreliable... had to be close enough to touch the car before it would recognize the key fob.
