Throttle body question

Hi All,
I have just disassembled and cleaned the throttle body on my C4. I have a question. When I install the top plate and gasket and the bottom assembly that the IAC and the water heating runs through do I need any sealant on the gaskets ? Especially the bottom gasket that the hot water run thru.

I want to thank cprgmr for the tip concerning the gaskets. TB is all back together with a new IAC and the C4 is running great. Thanks again cprgmr for the help.
