Power windows
I first checked the fuse - it was okay.
I then took off the console cover and swapped the switches. BINGO!
My driver's side window would not go down and when I swapped it with the passenger side window switch, it worked BUT when I put the suspect switch on the passenger side, it would not operate.
So I knew it was the switch that was bad.
$7.21 from Chevy and I was back in business.
If it's not your switch, then you'll have to check out the motor.

I had to troubleshoot my passenger window a few months ago... needed a new motor. If you have a GM manual, there's a whole sequence in there to isolate the problem. Too long to duplicate here, so get in touch if you need more.
There's a good write-up for getting behind the door panel in the C4 knowledge database, titled "Replacing the Power Window Motor in a 1993 C4." It also refers to, but does not replicate the TS sequence!
Swapping switchs is easiest; they just pull out of the door panel. After that it gets - interesting, but not too difficult. No special tools, just knowledge.
BTW, my ride is a 92 LT1 also.
