Default VEMaster help

I recently put in new rocker arms, so I thought I would log some data and then run VEMaster on it. The car ran fine with the pre-rocker chip in it, but after I ran the VEMaster program on my logged data and burned it to a chip, the car ran like crap. It hunts for idle(bad) and it seems like it leaned everything out too much. I did let VE change everything to 3000 rpm, and I didn't think that I hit PE. What else is there that I could be doing to futz up the way that VE interprets the logged data?

how long did you datalog for? I have found that it needs several minutes of steady state cruise to do an accurate iteration for VE master to do its thing. Did you save the original bin?

I logged for about 10min, but I was driving up and down hills. I was careful not to hit PE and I was in closed loop the entire time. It really screwed up my VE table. Some of the table constants were in the 1's and 2's instead of 30's and 40's. Yes I saved the original .bin file. (luckily) I used it once before and it didn't do anything crazy like this. I'm sure it is probably me. I use a diacom file also.
