ford 24# injector length
I just got new 24# ford injectors. light blue tops and they are a little longer than the dark gray old ones. the old ones have an fp on them and thats about it so don't know what they are. Is this little longer going to be a problem?
What am I going to need to change using the 24# injectors. i got a slightly bigger cam and fpr.

Ok i think i can answer this i have changed mine several times. The length should not be a problem at all, you can use the clips to retain them into fuel rail.I would i didn't with my first set and they kept moving around. There are two different sets shorter ones and longer ones i have had both the longer ones fit better i think and They now have about 6k on them with no issues . Did you get the flow matched set like the ones summit sells.

I have those injectors and they fit just fine even under my superram. :yesnod: I did move the clips from my old ones to these ones.
