Waterpump clockwork
I've read on several posts that the waterpump seems to have a 60k mile expectancy. Well, wouldn't you know, 61,157 on my odometer and bang!!Like clockwork, shades of old faithful. Hmmmm, wonder how long she'll be outta service? And wouldn't ya know it, I just got a digital camera......

You know, I've thought about doing this as a preventative measure...mine is an original at 68,000. I looked at the engine and a chilton book and it looks like a nightmare! I can handle a lot, but it sure looks like it's a huge job. :confused:
