Default Suspension Gurus needed!

When changing the front shocks on a 94, will I be pulling off any bushings that can be upgraded to poly? If so, where is the cheapest place to buy poly bushings for our cars?
Also, i will be lowering the rear soon and would like to purchase poly bushings for that too.

No bushings to replace on the shocks.

I just lowered the rear on my 96 CE. Bought the 10" bolts w/poly bushings from VBP(Vette Brakes Products). The bolts coated to help protect them from rusting. Some other places have bolts but they are not coated. you can order the part right online on thier web site.
The rear suspension will get much stiffer if you lower it as far as possible, so be aware of that. My 96 has the base FE1 springs. Now it feels like it has the Z51 springs. I have it as low as possible with these bolts. I may bring it up 1/4 of an inch. It's an easy 20 minute job from start to finish. Just be careful with the spring tension. I used a floor jack to hold the spring up while I changed out the bolts.
