ca emissions vs normal

Default ca emissions vs normal
What else was added for the cars with the california emissions than with normal emissions. I was wondering if it is anything I can take off because where I live there is no emissions. Thanks :chevy

There is no difference in equipment. CA residents paid an addtional fee (up until about '96) for an assembly line test, but that's it.

My 35th Anna is a CA car and has the NN5 "left coast tax", which was only for the paper work.
