Im going to reuse my oil pump. I wounder if its a good ide to clean it, take out the old oil in som way? And minimize the possibility that there some dirty oil in there?

What little oil there is in the oil pump is constantly cycled throughout the engine, so it's no cleaner or dirtier than the oil in the rest of the engine.
If by cleaning you want to check the pickup screen for any debris, sure you can do that. You can even remove the pump cover and see if there's any debris inside the pump. I doubt that you'll find any since the gears will usually chew up anything that gets past the screen OR it gets pumped out into the engine to be later caught by the filter.
You can check the gears for any sign of chips or deep scratches; if you see any, trash the pump.
But there's no "take out the old oil . . ." procedure.
