I asked this question about a week ago. It looks like it hasn't been done by anyone on the forum. The biggest challenge is going to be the shifter position. The rest shouldn't be to big of a deal.
Unless teh Tremec has mounting bosses for the torque beam plate, it would be a nightmare to adapt it to fit. The C4 doesn't have a tranny mount so there would be no way to hold the driveline staight.
Richmond Gear is supposed to have a replacement 4+1 or 6-speed available that bolts in and has the torque beam mounting holes. Call Summit Racing for info on applications.
The ZF is complicated to repair properly and the parts are pricey, but it is a very strong tranny. Seems to have worked just fine behind the 405HP LT5 motors.

Link doesn't work but try this site: http://www.keislerauto.com They offer TKO-600's for Sharks but they might be able to help you with adapting it to the C4.
If a ZF isn't going to support the HP/torque you are planning on, what mods are you going to do the the rear end to keep it in one piece??
Could somebody get me a measurement of how far back the shifter on a ZF is from the bellhousing flange where it bolts to the block. I've got a Tremec 3551 which I'd like to compare the measurements to. It's the same case as the TKO and the T600. Forte's performance does some shifter relocation kits for the Tremec's, so this might be real easy. I'm local to them also if something a little different needs to be made up.
