Eletronic climate Control failure???
i replaced the entire control unit (87 roadster) and now it seems that the control from defrost to heat (floor) does not work...keeps blowing out of the center consule..:mad ..how would i go about trouble shooting this problem?

Check the vacuum line that runs from left to right across the back of engine, it feeds vacuum to heater control to control vent doors. Mine rubbed thru & I had your same problem.
